You like winning stuff? Me too. Who doesn’t? For the love of all that isn’t quite holy about a sweet zombie Jesus…people want to win so bad, they’ll form a corporation, create a promotion based off a beloved board game, then NEVER let anyone actually win said promotion unless it’s someone they know and can share their winnings with. And you didn’t think organized crime was dipping their salty, greasy fingers into fast food. Whoopsies!
Well…I knew a guy one time who didn’t like winning herpes on the one stand edition of the price is right. Dude shoulda passed on the first showcase. You always pass on the first show case. That’s a rookie move. Those are rookies numbers. Guess that cat or dog wasn’t spayed or neutered. I guess when they say “you win some, you lose some,” that’s what they were talking about. Hooking up with a burner. Yikes. We tried to tell him. It was a St. Patrick’s Day many moons ago. Guess the one snake Ol’ Paddy forgot to drive out was making the decisions that day. Someone get this man an antibiotic. I don’t know…I’m not a doctor.
I am, however, still a person who enjoys a bit of St. Patrick’s day hooligan-ism every year. And I’m person who loves winning! But let’s be clear…not winning like Charlie Sheen winning. More like winning 50k from Guinness because I represent St. Patrick’s Day better than anyone else. You can do that. Right now. Nice, right? You have to be of age, and able to get your point across in 30 seconds or less in video form (because corporate interns only have so much wherewithal to watch fan submitted videos and not get paid for it). Now I’m not sure what is the best way to get that point across…but I’m thinking I eat 2 and a half boxes of fruity pebbles and slam a six pack of Guinness, and then proceed to violently vomit in pastel. Like that one Snapchat filter, but in real life.
