Well Easter is this Sunday and i decided to snoop around on Pintrest again and find another “adult” beverage to celebrate the day. The ingredients just scream leggins, yoga pants etc. because you will want to wear something loosey and goosey  This recipe comes from Inspired By Charm. I give you….

Cottontail Martini

INGREDIENTS

1.5 Ounces whipped or vanilla vodka

1.5 Ounces coconut rum

2 Ounces half and half

1/2 Ounce cream of coconut

Splash of pineapple juice

Honey and chopped sweet coconut to rim the martini glass

Start by placing honey in a dish and dipping your martini glass, the dip in another dish containing the coconut. In a shaker, add the vodka, rum, half and half, cream of coconut and splash or pineapple juice. Fill with ice and shake vigorously till nicely chilled. Pour into prepared martini glasses and Happy Easter!! You can float a few mini marshmallows on the top for that bunny tail effect! Enjoy and Happy Easter!
